General Information Regarding Privacy
New Century Television, Inc., is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using the New Century Television service (for purposes of this document, the New Century Television service is abbreviated “NCTV”). This Privacy Policy describes how NCTV treats personal information received about you when you visit or subscribe to NCTV.

If you visit sites linked from NCTV, we suggest that you review the privacy policy at each such site to determine how that site protects your privacy.

Information Collected by New Century Television
When you sign up for a subscription, and at other times, NCTV will collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, age, address, e-mail address, credit-card number and facts about your computer, profession, interests, and similar information. If you are under age 18, please do not provide this information. NCTV does not knowingly collect personal information from users under age 13, and requires users supplying this information to affirm that they are age 18 or older.

NCTV Site Usage Information
NCTV automatically collects IP addresses and NCTV site usage information from you when you visit its channels or sites, and when you view video streams. This information helps NCTV evaluate how its visitors and subscribers use and navigate NCTV sites and channels on an aggregate basis, including the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each NCTV site, channel and program or segment, and the length of their visits or program viewing.

Consumer Research
NCTV may monitor your use of this service (such as your session time and clickstream data), and use or disclose any such information gathered as part of its evaluation and operation of the services NCTV makes available. NCTV may develop and use, in its sole discretion, consumer research which may be based on your use of such services. All marketing information shall be subject, in all cases, to compliance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and other relevant laws and regulations, as the same may be amended from time to time. No personally identifiable information will be shared or is linked to consumer research.

Demographic Information
NCTV collects anonymous demographic information (such as your zip code, gender and age), and may use this data to tailor your NCTV experience, provide content that NCTV believes you might be interested in, and display the content according to your preferences. Such demographic information may be shared with partners, market researchers and other third parties on an aggregate, non-personally identifiable basis. No personally identifiable information will be linked to aggregated demographic information.

How NCTV Uses Information Collected
NCTV may use information in the following ways:
- For the purposes for which you specifically provided the information including, for example, to enable us to process, validate and verify subscriptions.
- To send you e-mail notifications about our new or existing products, channels, services, and offers, or to otherwise contact you.
- To enhance existing features or develop new features, products, services, channels, and programs.
- To provide content providers, channel producers, advertisers and other third parties with aggregate information about our user and viewer base and usage and viewership patterns.
- To allow it to personalize the content, programs, channels, and advertising that you and others see based on personal characteristics or preferences.
- NCTV may share parts of your information that it has collected from you to ensure that you do not receive duplicate product service announcements and/or offers.
- NCTV may combine the information that NCTV collects from you on NCTV with information that you provide to us in connection with your use of our other products, services and NCTV sites.

Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, NCTV will not share your personally identifiable information outside of NCTV unless you "opt in" to having your personally identifiable information shared with a company that is not affiliated with NCTV.

NCTV may disclose and use personally identifiable information in special circumstances where it is necessary to enforce its Subscriber Agreement or (for example, when necessary to protect intellectual property rights, or rights granted to NCTV by third parties). NCTV may also disclose or use your personal information when NCTV, in good faith, believes that the law requires NCTV to do so.

Opting Out
From time to time, NCTV sends emails to subscribers and site visitors regarding specific programs and/or marketing promotions. You may opt not to receive these programming, marketing and promotion emails by sending an email to: email_opt_out@newcenturytv.com.

Cookies
NCTV employs cookie technology to help visitors and subscribers move faster through our site. When you set up a subscription, or visit channels, or view programs, or use other site features, NCTV may pass cookies to your computer. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer by a site's server; it is a string of information that is sent by a NCTV site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computer's memory. A cookie can be a record of your visit to a site, including information such as your user name, registration information, time of last visit, pages viewed, etc. A cookie created by one site's servers can be retrieved only by that site's servers. Thus, information in NCTV cookies is not accessible to other sites. NCTV uses cookies to confirm your account information; to provide you with favorite channel or program information; and to support personalized settings. At any time, you may choose to clear any and all cookies from your hard drive.

As an alternative to cookies, NCTV may pass user information in connection with account information, viewed pages, and/or viewed video files within URLs or other computer code. Unique identifiers, without any personal information, are sometimes passed between servers within the NCTV network.

Security
The personally identifiable information NCTV collects about you is stored in limited access servers. NCTV will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personally identifiable information. To protect the security of subscribers’ credit card information, NCTV employs industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. NCTV also encrypts your credit card number when NCTV stores your order and whenever NCTV transfers that information to participating merchants. In addition, all user information is stored in a secure location behind a firewall with limited administrative access.

Transfer to U.S.
If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By subscribing to NCTV, you consent to this transfer.
