How to Set Up a New Century TV Account

NEW CENTURY TELEVISION is an internet video service that makes use of currently available technology.

To set up your account, you will need a current credit card, as well as your contact information. To set up the account, click here.

In order to use the service, you will need the proper computer and connection. Here is what you will need:

1. You need a broadband internet account. At home, you will need either DSL or Cable Modem access. Most, but not all, homes are served by DSL, Cable Modem, or both. You can arrange for DSL access through most local internet service providers (ISPs), or through such national firms as Earthlink (www.earthlink.com) and AOL (www.aol.com). You can arrange for Cable Modem service only through your local cable television operator.

If you're at work, you can access NEW CENTURY TELEVISION through your company's internal network. Check with your System Administrator to make sure that your network account permits broadband multimedia access.

2. You need a Windows computer running Windows 98 or a newer operating system. NEW CENTURY TELEVISION does not currently operate on Apple Macintosh computers.

3. You need Microsoft Interent Explorer, version 5.5 or newer. Most likely, this software is already installed on your Windows PC. If not, it can be downloaded, at no charge, by clicking here. We do not currently support Netscape, Opera, or Safari browsers.

4. You need Microsoft Windows Media Player, version 9 or later. This software may already be installed on your Windows PC. If not, it can be downloaded, at no charge, by clicking here.
