Q: I think my account is being used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner. What should I do?
A: You should contact us IMMEDIATELY. Please tell us (a) your account user name, (b) a description of the problem, and (c) the best way to reach you. Send this information in an email to: unauthorized_use@newcenturytv.com
Q: Somebody else has my credit card number, and they’ve set up an account without my permission.
A: Contact your credit card company immediately. AND, please send an email immediately to:unauthorized_use@newcenturytv.com
We will work with your credit card company to solve the problem.
