Q: Which credit cards do you accept?

A: NEW CENTURY TELEVISION accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. You may pay us directly, or through a PayPal account.

Q: I live outside the USA. Are there any issues?

A: You can use the service outside the USA if you have a USA-issued card with a USA bank.

Q: How does automatic billing work?

A: If the subscription is monthly, we will charge your credit card once a month, automatically. Once per year, we will send you a reminder via email. If the subscription is one-time, you will be charged once, and there will be no automatic renewals.Your charges appear on your credit card statement as "New Century." NEW CENTURY TELEVISION does not send a separate bill.

Q: I've lost my credit card (or, my credit card was stolen). What do I do?

A: Contact your credit card company immediately. They will cancel the card, and your liability will be limited (see your credit card agreement for details). Then, when you have a new credit card number, simply update your account information. You can do this easily from any New Century Television page by clicking on "My Account" on the bottom of the screen. Or, by clicking here.
