Cancelling Your Subscription

Q: How do I cancel my subscription to a monthly subscription channel?

A: Just as soon as you are sure you want to cancel, send an email to cancelsubscription@newcenturytv.com. Be sure to include (a) your user name, (b) your contact information, (c) the subscription you wish to cancel, (d) the reason for cancellation.

The date we receive your email will be the official notification date for the cancellation. If this date is prior to the billing date for the upcoming month, then you will not be charged for the upcoming month. If, however, the month's subscription has already begun, you will receive service through that month and you will be charged for that month's service. To check on the billing date, view your Account Information's Order History.
