American Actor is an innovative new way that actors, writers and filmmakers in the Philadelphia area (and eventually the country) will be showcased and discovered through an exciting new online television opportunity.

Actors have been selected from among hundreds who auditioned, and then are given specific challenges to prove their talent and versatility. The audience will be watching their progress online from week to week, and will participate in the deciding who wins the competition. The stakes are high,
since top Hollywood talent agents will be part of the judging panel, and the winner may get a chance to appear in a
network TV show!
American Actor will initially be broadcast on New Century TV, an internet television network which can be seen at www.newcenturytv.com . This pilot series will be produced for the internet, so that it can be evaluated for network airing.

American Actor will initially be produced in the Philadelphia area. This will give local talent and businesses an opportunity to be showcased on live internet television.
